In one of our previous dissemination events we have implemented VR for use in a K-12 biology contest, which was a success.

Cellular structure related tasks were created in VR. Participants had to place named parts of a cell to their appropriate places, identify parts of cells and answer questions. If successful they had a chance to shoot different type of pathogenic cell, where bacteria could only be killed with antibacterial shots, which they had to recognize themselves. Killing healthy cells had a penalty.

We also demoed our laparoscopy simulator, which was a first time presentation outside of the confines of medical education.
